Successful co-operation relies on agreeing the task first!

A Man out walking observed the struggle of another Man at His Home.
The struggle was that one Man alone was failing to move a Washing Machine from His doorway.
Asked if He needed help the householder said "I have been trying for fifteen minutes to get it through the doorway without success"
The walker said "two of us will move it better" and took one side of the washing machine to help.
Fifteen more minutes past with not an inch of movement!
The walker said "I never thought it would be so hard to get a Washer into a House".
With a surprised look the Householder replied " Who said I was trying to get it in. I am trying to get it out!"
